The timer is designed to run through any Internet browser but it will work best on Firefox or Internet Explorer 6.0+.

The BoxingRing.org online boxing timer can be used as a repeating interval timer or as a countdown timer.

You can configure the following setting on the timer

Work out length,warning time and rest period length you can also adjust the display and sound features.

The training time lengths, colours for the display and all sounds are user adjustable.
